Meeting Room Hire

Obsidian Offices provides the perfect environment for your meetings, meeting room hire in Chester needn’t be met with trepidation. We have 3 different rooms to choose from, each creating a different atmosphere to suit the tone of your meeting; formal or informal, big or small, training or appraisal.

With a convenient Chester location, free onsite parking and a receptionist to greet your visitors it will create the professional image you need. All rooms come with Wi-Fi and water as standard and refreshments and lunch can be provided as and when you need them. Give your clients the right impression of your business from the beginning and ensure your meetings go smoothly, every time.

Ricard Lounge

The Ricard Lounge is designed to be a comfortable relaxed meeting room, luxurious leather sofas complete the overall feel of the room which has become a popular choice for meetings and interviews that require a less formal approach.

Huntington Suite

Our Huntingdon Suite is suitable for up to 6 people and can be used for a variety of purposes. The more formal layout of table and chairs make it perfect for formal interviews, small staff meetings or brainstorming that next big idea. We have had clients use it for training sessions, photo shoots and even medicals so the options are endless.

Russell Suite

Our Russell Suite is a purpose-built conference and training room. Suitable for up to 20 people seated comfortably around a boardroom style table or laid out theatre style for presentations or training. The room includes use of the projector to really make your presentation stand out and hire includes coffee on arrival.

Please note that our meeting room bookings are for a minimum of 15 minutes and are charged every 15 minutes.

We can make drinks for you and your guests on arrival, or set up a drinks station in your meeting and fresh bottled water is available at all times

Photocopying & Scanning

If you need any documents printing or scanning during your meeting our trained Receptionists are able to assist you with your administrative needs

Lunch

A delicious and freshly prepared lunch can be provided for all meetings for your guests to enjoy and can be tailored to your dietary preferences

Our meeting rooms are available to hire:

8.30am – 5.30pm

Monday – Friday

Payment can be made by BAC’s, Cheque or Cash.

Unfortunately, we are unable to take card.
